Where are my products shipped from?
We ship mainly in Canada and the USA. However, we also ship worldwide.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Montreal, Canada.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders in USA and Canada are process the following business day. Shipping time varies between 2-6 days, depending on the location of the customer.
International orders take 2-3 to be processed. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Please take into consideration holidays and other circumstances that may affect shipping time.

What is your return policy?
We hope that we can be part of your daily recovery routine to help you feel and perform better. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee and you will receive 100% of your money back.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns.
POLICY DETAILS
Any items that are returned to us in a damaged or in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please make sure to contact us before returning an item. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your product, our team will inspect it before making a decision on the return. If it is approved, you will be notified and you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer price adjustments & exclusions?
Yes we do! To qualify for a price adjustment, you must contact us within 10 days of purchasing the item. The partial refund will be sent back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note that price adjustments are not available during holiday sales and promotions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Sezzle, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Please note that all transactions are processed in CAD or USD and you will check out using the most up to date exchange rate if you order in a different currency.

What does the warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the warranty period, Recover Vibe Inc will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
How long is the warranty coverage?
All our percussion massagers and air compression systems include a 1-Year Warranty.
What should I do if I need to repair a product under warranty?
If your product is still under warranty and it meets the above criteria, contact us at support@recovervibe.com with you order number and we will take care of guiding you through the process.
